Finished it, went to save before drinking demon blood, same problem. Thought I'd carry on through the prologue as I hadn't finished it before my untimely demise and figured I'd see if needing to complete the prologue WAS the issue. Went straight through to a New Game again, same issue with Save and Load, Account/Storage option was also unavailable. Started it up again and had the same issue with signing in on the title screen. Wasn't entirely convinced this was the issue but ended up dying before I figured it out so lost my progress LOL. Went to end the session and saw that I was unable to highlight neither "Save" nor "Load", did some Googlin' and found that you can't save in certain areas. So I started a new game without realizing I wouldn't be able to save without signing in(?). I copied the content and pasted it in to my steam version. In my case it was located at: C:UsersAll UsersUnknown WorldsSubnauticaTempSave. Then a TempSave folder is created with the currently loaded save inside. The root cause was that our companys Netskope tool was blocking requests that stemmed from containers, while not blocking requests from our local machines - we could run dotnet restore locally. I was already signed into my account and Live, but when I chose my account and profile nothing happened. Since the game uses cloud saves, you have to start the game and load the save you want to copy. FYI, this issue happened to me while trying to do dotnet restore as part of a docker build. No issues with starting the game, but I wasn't able to sign into my Xbox profile inside of the game on the title screen. ![]() I just grabbed a digital copy of DA:O on Xbox One. ![]() I've scoured the internet and found few posts describing this issue- those I did find (aside from being unanswered) are related to the Dragon Age servers and importing characters, but that isn't my problem.
